- The delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. *Only 2 attempts will be done for delivery and the orders will be canceled after 5 days if not collected. PUS orders will be available for collection within 5 days*
- Business days are from Monday to Saturday, and do not include public holidays.

✔ Payment on Delivery only applies within Nairobi and its environs, outside Nairobi will have to be prepaid.
✔ Payment is only done once the item has been confirmed to be available in stock by our staff.

✔ Deliveries have a base shipping rate of Kshs.250 ,adjustable based on your location. Please refer to below delivery fee chart
