Return and refund policy
- We do not accept returns for defective items after use on items not in warranty, However you can initiate a return within 48 after delivery / collection for Eligible reasons and items on warranty.
- When returning an item, Ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging.
- Get your sorted faster when you drop off your return at our office.
- Change of mind will not be eligible for return .
- Eligible reasons – wrong, damaged, defective, incomplete, wrong-size.
- Ensure items are reported within the shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process
- If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.
- Damaged or wrong products will be elligible for an exchange.
- Refunds will only be applied when the ordered item is no longer available.
- Items damaged under customer’s care are not elligible for returns.
- Items damaged during transit under 3rd party courier companies will not be elligible (Customers advised to consider insured courier companies like WellsFargo).
- Customers paying on delivery advised to inspect and test items upon delivery.
